Experience:

Since a young age Kane has always had a love and passion for football. Although he enjoyed competing and participating in many other sports, football was the sport he most enjoyed.

When Kane was 15 he experienced work placement as part of a GCSE qualification at school. He was lucky enough that his Sister played for Chelsea Football Club, so he worked alongside her coach and several other coaches working for the club, helping out with coaching sessions and various other tasks. After his two weeks experience at the club they offered him a part time position to further develop his knowledge of the game.

Between the ages of 15-18 he continued to coach for Chelsea FC and worked in their community scheme coaching in schools and leisure centre’s, working with development events and elite squads.

Throughout this time he began to attain qualifications steadily and has continued to expand his knowledge of coaching, coaching styles and gained a good wealth of experience along the way. During a short period of time Kane has worked with many different coaches, age groups and clubs including Crystal Palace FC, Southampton FC and several local youth teams.

From his experience of coaching, being coached and playing Kane have developed an understanding of football and continues to progress by observing the game and working with players of all different ages, abilities and backgrounds.
