Experience:

Tom played as a goalkeeper for his entire career, representing his county during schoolboy football, and later progressing to play semi-professional football for various clubs.

As a coach, he also specialises in working with goalkeepers, ranging from beginner to academy level goalkeepers. Despite his passion for goalkeeping, he has also worked very closely with outfield players, coaching county representative schoolboy teams at various age groups.

He is currently studying towards a degree in Football Studies (BA Hons) at Southampton Solent University, studying a varying range of topics, including: coaching, performance analysis, and sport psychology. In addition, he combines his studies with working as a head goalkeeper coach for the FA, and head goalkeeper coach for a Conference Youth Alliance U19s team.

Furthermore, he has gained additional experience in performance analysis, working for a professional football club. In this role he had to film and analyse team performances, and produce individual player reports for coaches and managers.

Throughout his time with Premier Coaches, he has had some fantastic opportunities to work with footballers of varying abilities, in a fun and creative environment. Additionally, he has also had the opportunity to work with some very experienced and highly qualified coaches, creating the best possible playing experience throughout the duration of the cruises.

With his great attitude and unique way of coaching he will certainly be heavily involved in the progress of the company. He has received some excellent feedback in the past and works with extreme professionalism.
